The Alps, France — Elevation: 2500m

As someone born at sea level, and surrounded by the ocean my entire life — the mountains in the French Alps were something special to me. This was the highest elevation I’ve ever hiked, and the largest landscape I’ve ever got the experience to photograph. This journey comes with another memorable event — crashing my drone on the side of a mountain face and actually hiking up to retrieve what was left of it, all while trying to make it back down the mountain before sunset.
